    Our custom Cushion Back and Seat Inserts are now available to our trade partners in the greater Raleigh, NC area. We work with the same suppliers used by your favorite High Point Market brands to create this new addition for seating. 
    Available with all new cushion cover orders AND as replacement inserts for your existing clients (without a cover order).
    Our Cushion Seats use Certi-PUR-US foam, certified to be made without harmful chemicals and low VOC for reduced outgassing. 
    Current production time, 4 to 6 weeks.

    "MULTI DENSITY FOAM" 
         Three different foam densities make up this ALL FOAM option. 
         Available in two options.
         COMFORT for a softer, sink in feel and FIRM for a tighter, more structured sit. 
       
    "HYBRID MEMORY FOAM" 
         Our MULTI DENSITY FOAM Cushion with the addition of a memory foam topper on the top and bottom.   
         Also available in tow options, COMFORT and FIRM.

    "ENVELOPE SPRING"
         Our most luxurious seating option. 
         A spring and multi density foam core wrapped in a channel envelope of
         25/75 feather/down and fiber.

    While designing these cushion seats, I told my suppliers that I only wanted to use their highest quality materials for the best comfort and longevity of the insert.
    Our products are designed with multi density foams, custom ratios of down/feather and fiber, and some of the best materials available to the NC furniture market. 

     

    Ethically and humanely harvested down feathers are used in our back pillows and seat cushions. Down proof ticking is used for inserts to prevent to annoying feathers that wiggle out and poke you in the back. Seat cushions use CertiPUR-US certified foam and meet California Prop 65 requirements.  Slipcovered upholstery have frames covered in cotton or ticking for ease in removal and cleaning.     

    Inserts are made custom and non returnable.
