    All ADALÉI products are designed and made in North Carolina by skilled artisans, preserving the generational skill of making clothing in the Carolinas.  We are passionate about our craft and value the importance of responsible, made to order fashion.  Many of our fabrics are sourced from mills both here in the US and Europe that are committed to eco-responsible production.

    By cutting and sewing designs only when they are ordered, we reduce the waste associated with markdowns and unsold goods tossed in landfills.  Our slow fashion ethos is a celebration of the Art & Craft of Fashion and we intentionally choose the highest quality fabrics for our chic, understated designs.    

     

    LENZING™ ECOVERO™ SUSTAINABLE VISCOSE
    Eco Responsible Production ~

    • A medium weight knit with raised rib.  Has great structure and drape for all day comfort.   
    • Produced using sustainable wood and pulp, derived from responsibly managed forests and certified with the EU Ecolabel. 
    • Manufacturing generates up to 50% lower emissions & water impact than generic viscose.

     

     

     

     TENCEL™ MODAL x ECO CLEAN and MICRO TECHNOLOGY

    • TENCEL™ Modal fibers are made from renewable beechwood and sourced in sustainable forests of Austria and neighboring countries.  
    • This fabric is known for exceptional softness and comfort.
    • ECO CLEAN, formally known at Edelweiss.
    • MICRO TECHNOLOGY, formally known as MicroModal. 

      

    TENCEL™ Lyocell (100%)
      Biodegradable ~ DISCOVER STYLES USING THIS FABRIC

     

     

    • A tissue thin "sheer" fabric for year round wearability.
    • TENCEL™ Lyocell fibers are made from a closed loop system of production, recapturing 95% of the solvents for reuse. 
    • Enhanced breathability and regulates body temperature.   

     

     

    Drying your clothes can contribute to excess use of energy and isn't necessary for most fabrics.

    For all of our fabrics we recommend you wash in cold water, by hand or separately in a delicate setting, lay flat to dry, and use a cool steamer to remove wrinkles.

     

                                          

                          

        

     

    Many of our fabrics are considered "luxury" in the apparel industry and more delicate due to their exceptional softness and knit structure.
