THE ADALÉI WORKROOM IS CONVERTING TO PPE PRODUCTION

"Like many of you, I was shocked and overwhelmed at the lack of supplies for our medical workers and first responders.  When I heard our small workroom could do something to help, I jumped at the opportunity.  Nearly 75 manufacturers including ADALÉI, led by the Carolina Textile District, are transitioning their production to sew medical supplies in response to the request from healthcare providers during the COVID-19 crisis.

The incredible collaboration of so many American producers has shown that WE CAN (and should!) make it in our country and I am proud to be part of that effort.  Let's hope (and support) on the other side of this we can see more domestic production, especially in sewn goods here in the USA.

During this unprecedented time and need, the ADALÉI collection will not be available, so we can focus our efforts to sewing for PPE.  We are proud to be part of this amazing group of US manufacturers and especially proud to be continuing the tradition of sewn goods and apparel production in North Carolina.  Our prayers are this virus will be contained soon and at that time ~ we will be back with the next collection from ADALÉI.  Stay safe everyone!"  ~ Christy Pitts, Designer/Owner, ADALÉI
