RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:
All items are made to order in small batch, as fabric is on hand, and non-returnable unless there is a defect. This ensures the integrity and quality of our fabrics for the final buyer.
Please contact us if there is a problem with your order within 3 days of receipt. All of our products go through a quality control inspection before shipping and we are not responsible for inherit traits of the fabric such as slubs and dye lot differences on computer screens.
We offer samples in most of our fabrics with a $5 flat ship fee as a way to review the fabric before purchase.
We cannot offer returns on our furniture, poufs, or art.
CUSTOM ITEMS:
If your order is customized (size or details), no exchanges or returns will be accepted.

ALL ORDERS FOR FABRIC SAMPLES ship for a $5 flat rate via USPS. Please allow 2-3 days for order to be processed and shipped. Expect delivery in 3 -10 days.
ALL ORDERS FOR PILLOW COVERS ship for a $15 flat rate via Fed Ex or UPS Ground. Please see product description for production time. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an an email confirmation with tracking number.
ALL PILLOWS WITH INSERTS ship for a $25 flat rate via Fed Ex or UPS Ground. Please see product description for production time. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking number.

ADALEI is not responsible for any packages that are lost in transit, stolen, damaged, or not received and in such event, recommend you contact the carrier for a resolution.
We recommend signature confirmation and/or insurance if you live in an apartment or worried about your package being stolen from your porch. Please contact us prior to placing order for this additional charge so we can create a custom check out for you.
