RETURN POLICY:
All items items are made to order in small batch, as fabric is on hand, and non-returnable unless there is a defect. Please contact us if there is a problem with your order within 3 days of receipt. All of our products go through a quality control inspection before shipping and we are not responsible for inherit traits of the fabric such as slubs and dyelot differences on computer screens.
We offer samples in most of our fabrics for $5 with free shipping as a way to review the fabric before purchase.
EXCHANGE POLICY:
Exchanges of collection pillows are welcome within 5 days of receipt. If you choose to exchange a product, item(s) must be returned in original packaging, otherwise we will be unable to accept the exchange.
NOTE, we cannot offer exchanges for ATELIER PILLOWS, ART, or POUFS.

Please note that ADALEI is not responsible for return shipping. Exchange items must be in new condition and free from obvious use, odors, pet hair or any other condition that would affect resale. ADALEI has the right to refuse a return/exchange in that situation and will contact you.
Orders can only be exchanged one time. Once you receive your exchange item(s) they are non returnable.

ALL ORDERS FOR SAMPLES for a $5 flat rate via USPS. Please allow 2-3 days for order to be processed and shipped. Expect delivery in 3 -10 days.
ALL ORDERS FOR PILLOW COVERS ship for a $15 flat rate via Fed Ex or UPS Ground. Please see product description for production time. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an an email confirmation with tracking number.
ALL PILLOWS WITH INSERTS ship for a $25 flat rate via Fed Ex or UPS Ground. Please see product description for production time. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking number.

ADALEI is not responsible for any packages that are lost in transit, stolen, damaged, or not received and in such event, recommend you contact the carrier for a resolution.
We recommend signature confirmation and/or insurance if you live in an apartment or worried about your package being stolen from your porch. Please contact us prior to placing order for this additional charges so we can create a custom check out for you.
