Trade Pricing applies to studio textiles, the insert line, and upholstered pieces.  Original works and limited edition art are offered at the same price to all clients. 

Trade members receive access to the studio workroom, our exclusive pillow and cushion insert line, COM on poufs and ottomans, extended in-home viewing for art pieces (Raleigh area), and early notification of new works.

ADALÉI accepts a small and select number of retail partners across North Carolina for small batch production sewing. Openings are very limited. We maintain a waitlist.

Our partners share a commitment to finely crafted, luxury pillows in designer fabrics. We work exclusively in knife edge construction — this allows us to maintain the quality and lead times our partners depend on.

To begin, tell us about your practice — your firm name, website, business type, and NC Sales and Use Tax ID. We'll be in touch within 3–5 business days.

By applying, you confirm that your business is based in North Carolina and that the information provided is accurate. A valid Sales & Use Tax ID is required for approval. After approval, we will also ask you for a completed NCDOR form E-595E, Streamlined Sales and Use Tax Certificate of Exemption.

ADALÉI trade pricing and access are extended exclusively for use in client projects and may not be used for friends/family purchases.

Art and home goods purchased through the trade program may not be resold through retail storefronts, online marketplaces, or third-party platforms. Violation of this policy will result in immediate revocation of trade status.
