Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
All sales for art and sewn goods are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for items purchased.
Due to NC Bedding Laws and the nature of our pillows and inserts, we are unable to accept returns and re-use them for a new customer.
Trade program members are subject to the same return policy as all customers unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by ADALÉI.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
We can accept cancellations for orders that have not shipped. Please email info@adalei.com within 48 hours of placing your order, to confirm we can comply with your request.
DAMAGES and FABRIC DEFECTS
Please inspect your order within 48 hours of receipt and contact us within that window if your purchase is damaged or you received the wrong item.
In your email to info@adalei.com, please include pictures of both the damaged item and the original packaging.
SEWN GOODS will be replaced with same item (if available) or an item of comparable value. We will send you a return label and ship your replacement item free of charge.
Your ARTWORK is packaged with great care, however in the event it arrives with damage, a return shipping label will be sent free of charge and we will replace with an artwork of comparable value or if your choice, try to repair the damage (if wax) and return to you.
